I'm happy and nervous and excited and sad about my son's graduation. I have to voice/type these feelings so that I can calm down. He's is so talented and will do great in college.

PS. Don't forget to choose your favorite paper from the 3 pics below. I'll send the winner their favorite card.

I just spent a wonderful day with my friend, Beth, a cancer survivor, at a Relay for Life craft show. I planned on going and having fun and I did, plus I made a little extra money from my handmade paper too. My daisy cards were a big hit. I also gave away free gifts, with website info, and people were so pleased to get a gift! That will be something I do at all my shows in the future.

I've been a long time since April 26.

I made some great wildflower paper on May 2 and then I cleaned up my studio. My son was in a play, The Sound of Music, the next weekend and this coming weekend, his band is going to DC to perform at the Kennedy Center. This will be my best Mother's Day. I'll get to see him perform a solo, participate in the wreath laying ceremony, play in front of the Lincoln Memorial and sing with the Ensemble. Not to mention that now I'm on Facebook. I never thought I would love to reconnect with high school and college friends, no offense, just that I didn't think it was my nature. With my son's help, here's my link

Mention my blog and I'll let you be my friend! lol

ps. I'll be having a special opening with my new stationery.

I had a blast on Saturday, of course, making paper. I picked two different types of yellow wildflowers, violets from my friend, Linda's yard and candy tuft from my yard to make a spring note card. I am making a new way to package my stationery. I will take a bigger piece of handmade paper and fold into a folio and have the 5 HMP cards and 5 envelopes inside a similar pulp. These will be coming out this week. Check my etsy site for these cards. (www.paintingpam.etsy.com)

Thanks for any comments you give me. I love to read them.
